JENNIFER “JLo” Lopez broke down in tears and admitted she is “heartbroken” as her twins Max and Emme turn 13.
The superstar welcomed her kids in 2008 and celebrated their special day on Monday with a video of them enjoying breakfast in bed of confetti waffles and fruity pebble pancakes.

In the video JLo climbs on the bed with them, and wipes away tears as they open her birthday cards, reading her private message.
She captioned the post: “My beautiful babies are teenagers today!!
“OMG!! I can’t believe it’s been 13 years since I carried them both home in my arms in the middle of a snowstorm. Out of that blizzard came two perfect lil’ coconuts who rearranged my life and taught me the true meaning of love.”
There’s no doubt that JLo is a doting mother and her latest post on Instagram proves just how much she loves her twins.

JLo went on to call motherhood the “most magical journey full of adventure and joy” and admitted she was “feeling so many emotions this morning.”
She shared: “Sp proud and happy and heartbroken that I can’t freeze time.
“To my two caring, sensitive and special souls…who I know will change and rearrange the world in your own very unique ways…your mama loves you beyond forever.. and ever and ever.”
“I’m blessed to have both of you in my life and look forward to watching you both continue to grow and do amazing things! Keep reaching for the stars!” shared former baseball player Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez, who is engaged to JLo.

In a sweet post on Instagram, he shared a series of pictures with his step-children.
JLo welcomed the twins with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, and currently co-parents, alongside fiancé Alex.
The two got married after JLo and Ben Affleck had called off their wedding.
Four years later, they welcomed their twins in 2008 and then announced their divorce in 2011.
