Kangana Ranaut’s body of work speaks for itself. The actress, right from her debut in Gangster, proved that she’s in it for the long haul and with films like Fashion, Queen, Manikarnika, Panga and more, Kangana is one of the most sought actor in the industry right now.
As she completed fifteen years of her career, Kangana reminisced about her journey in an interview with The Time of India. Speaking of one film that she rejected that went on to become a blockbuster, The Dirty Picture, Kangana said she did not foresee the potential the film had. She further said, “I don’t think I would have done it better than Vidya Balan. She was terrific but yes, sometimes I feel that I didn’t see the potential in that film.”
The film went on to become a career defining project for Vidya Balan for which she won several accolades, including the Filmfare award and the National award.
